We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Admin Assistant
to provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage schedules, communication, coordination, and confidential information while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Organize and manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
Communication Management:
Draft, review, and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the leadership team.
Reports & Documentation:
Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports, presentations, business documents, and review materials.Track pending tasks, follow up with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups from leadership meetings.Compile, analyze, and present data using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for dashboards and reports.Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.Assist in drafting official communication, announcements, and managing professional social media accounts, if required.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and ensure all administrative support required by leadership is handled efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or related field (MBA preferred).
Female candidates preferred.
3-6 years
of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar/scheduling tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently under pressure and manage dynamic, fast-paced tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,117.66 - ₹38,036.52 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
