Manage overall administrative operations of the college.
Supervise staff in areas such as front office, facilities, housekeeping, transport, and security.
Oversee admission process support, student record management, and examination logistics.
Ensure statutory compliance with government, university, and accreditation requirements.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to academic and administrative functions.
Coordinate with faculty, students, parents, and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Manage infrastructure, assets, procurement, and maintenance of college facilities.
Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for administrative needs.
Ensure effective grievance redressal for staff and students on administrative matters.
Support the management in policy implementation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
