Act as office manager and utilise best practices and processes to manage day-to-day workplace operations.
Be the official point of contact for any activities at the office
Responsible for a variety of office management tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment including facilities management, supplies inventory management and restocking, purchase order management, courier services, vendor management, and other tasks.
Support cross-functional stakeholders to create the best employee experience.
Keep abreast with the latest regulations around health and safety at the workplace.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Coordinate food services including catering and kitchen supplies.
Lead all housekeeping and related activities as per required standards.
Support the execution of corporate culture events including catering, setup, and entertainment.
Responsible for general administrative duties and special projects with constantly changing priorities.
Maintain and manage assets in the office like laptops, CCTV cameras, projector, TV etc
Execute the employee engagement charter for the employees in partnership with the HR team
Required Skill Sets:
1-4 years of experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passionate about providing a superlative experience to employees
Detail-oriented and effectively manages multiple tasks at hand
"People person" with a strong awareness of others and thoughtful communication
Mission Driven, with a sense of urgency

Hands on experience with planning company events
Power user of Microsoft Suite and ability to pick up new skills as we broaden our suite of tools.
A bachelor's degree is an advantage.
