Regular floor rounds (meeting room/ pantry/ wash rooms/ work areas)
Incident reporting
Updated Floor marshal list
Availablity of Floor marshall coat in the Admin desk
Track attendance/usage - Region/Building/BU wise
Reallocate seats basis usage allocation/ usage data
Reallocate seats basis new projections/ premises
Meeting with Space Focals
Support in creating VP Desks whenever required
Updation of the Master space data sheet
Publish report (workstation, vp desk, cabins, meeting rooms, collab areas, trainng rooms, cafe space, etc.)
All updated space details are known to Space focals
Review & update the Space Process
Using the Space Optimisation tool when implemented
Ensuring that the layouts avialable on the floors are updated
Ensuring that workstation numberings are legible & not worn out/ to be replaced
Audit of the meeting room usage
Support in booking India Calendar & other meeting rooms
Getting the layouts uploaded on the Planon
Planing & executing the seat numbering process

Support key leaders vital to the growth and sustainability of Amdocs that includes scheduling meetings, interviews, and customer visits.
Coordinate and plan material for staff meetings, including preparation of minutes.
Arrange offsite meetings, conventions, conferences and seminars.
Show off your PowerPoint skills and proficiency in spreadsheets.
Assisting with internal projects, coordinate and execute employee welfare activities, and maintaining strong back office support for management travels.
You will help welcome new employees, play a role with desk-side support as needed, handle office equipment needs and Outlook distribution lists.
