Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities - Administrative Assistant



Office Administration & Coordination

Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

Documentation & Record Management

Prepare, organize, and manage company documents, reports, and correspondence. Maintain accurate filing systems--both physical and digital--for easy retrieval. Handle confidential information with discretion.

Scheduling & Communication Support

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management. Draft and proofread official emails, letters, and other business communications. Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

Travel & Event Coordination

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries for employees and management.

Financial & Administrative Support

Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and reimbursements. Support HR and Finance teams with documentation, timesheets, and attendance reports.

Data Entry & Reporting

Enter and maintain data in company systems or spreadsheets accurately. Prepare periodic reports and presentations as required by management.

Customer & Visitor Management

Welcome visitors and manage front-desk activities when needed. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Compliance & Policy Adherence

Ensure adherence to company policies, administrative procedures, and safety standards. Support internal audits and compliance-related documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
