The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, supporting management and staff, and maintaining an organized work environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, packages, courier, etc.).
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital).
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and office cleanliness.
Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation when required.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in scheduling appointments.
Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and basic office accounts (if required).
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits/inspections.
Act as a point of contact for employees and visitors for administrative support.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheet).
Time management and multitasking ability.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of accounting and vendor management is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any stream
1-3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
