Administrative Assistant cum Media Executive (Remote)

to join our growing team.
This key position offers a unique blend of administrative support, management coordination, and media engagement.

Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Managing Director. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, inspector and other staff ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Develop and manage content for company social media platforms and the website. Design and post engaging digital content (announcements, visuals, campaigns, greetings). Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client communication materials. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for marketing or communication needs. Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expenses, and financial documentation. Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Managing Director.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a similar role, including support to senior-level management. Flexible with working hours and comfortable meeting tight deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanour. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools, with particular emphasis on AI-based tools. Basic understanding of social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Prior experience in administrative or media-related roles is preferred.
