Key Responsibilities:
Manage data entry related to billing and order processing
Finalize and generate bills to be issued to customers
Perform accurate mathematical calculations for billing and reconciliation
Greet and assist clients and vendors upon arrival; direct them to appropriate departments
Retrieve documents and maintain proper file management
Maintain neat, legible records -
good handwriting is essential
Use mobile and computer technology efficiently
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
