This role manages core administrative operations for Celeris Creative. Responsibilities include office administration, recruitment for multiple positions, employee oversight, basic accounting support, payroll coordination, and personal assistance tasks for leadership. The position requires strong organizational ability, clear communication, and consistent responsibility across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
Manage day to day administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Maintain internal processes, vendor communication, and office workflow.
Assist leadership with calendar management, travel planning, and personal assistance tasks when required.
Hiring and HR Support
Run complete hiring cycles for various positions.
Draft job descriptions, source candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate evaluations.
Maintain candidate pipeline and onboarding documentation.
Employee Monitoring and Coordination
Track employee attendance and day to day performance updates.
Ensure that teams follow internal processes and deadlines.
Serve as an internal point of contact for operational issues.
Accounting and Payroll Support
Coordinate with accounting for invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping entries.
Maintain payroll data, timesheets, and monthly salary preparation.
Track expenses and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in administration or operations.
Strong hiring and communication skills.
Ability to multitask across administrative, HR, and operations functions.
Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll processes.
