We are looking for a skilled

Administrative & Operations Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling administrative and operational tasks, with strong knowledge of

MS Excel

and

Tally ERP

.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and manage

proforma invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and billing documents

. Input, maintain, and analyze data using

MS Excel

. Operate and manage accounting/billing processes within

Tally ERP

. Maintain organized documentation and records. Support

day-to-day administrative tasks

and office coordination. Assist with

filing, tracking, and general office workflows

.

Requirements:



Minimum

4 years of experience

in a similar role.

Any degree

with strong administrative and operations background. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and familiarity with

Tally ERP

. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Immediate joining

preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
