Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Field Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork and documentation related to banks, KSEB (Kerala State Electricity Board), and customers. This role requires traveling to various locations to deliver or collect documents and ensure efficient communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation and Coordination

Prepare and organize documents for bank, KSEB, and customer-related activities.

Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Coordinate with team members and external parties for smooth workflow.

2. Field Work

Visit banks, KSEB offices, and customer locations to deliver and collect documents.

Submit applications and follow up on approvals with relevant authorities.

Ensure timely completion of all field assignments.

3. Customer Interaction

Assist customers in completing necessary documentation.

Address customer queries related to document submissions.

4. Bike Commuting

Travel between office and various locations as required using a two-wheeler.

Ensure the safe handling of documents during transit.

5. General Administrative Tasks

Maintain a log of all activities and updates related to document submissions.

Assist in other office-related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.

Knowledge of local areas and routes is a plus.
