Job Description

We are hiring an

Administrative & Accounts Manager

to handle salon operations, staff supervision, front desk, and accounts. The candidate must be fluent in

English & Hindi

, have strong experience in handling

staff and clients

, and maintain smooth day-to-day functioning.

Accommodation (stay) will be provided.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage

front desk

(appointments, reception, client queries). Handle

accounts

(daily sales, expenses, vendor payments, reports). Supervise

staff

and ensure smooth team coordination. Maintain good customer relations and handle client needs effectively. Oversee overall

administration & operations

of the salon.

Qualifications:



Degree or above

(mandatory). Minimum

experience in handling staff & clients

. Strong communication in

English & Hindi

(mandatory). Organized, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Changanacherry, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:

Hindi (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
