& Summary A career in our Translation Services Generalist - Practice Support team, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide a complete range of specialised translation services and linguistic solutions for accounting and financial documents and other communication needs for PwC. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on internal translation and review services for financial statements, risk management reports, internal control reports, and other important business documents.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Partner\\Executive Director the Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities for a group of partners. Key responsibilities include calendar management and e-mail monitoring, booking travel, expense reporting and other firm and business activities as required.

Critical attributes of this position include: a positive, proactive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information and ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and deadlines, are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Calendar management \xe2\x80\x93 monitor and/or manage assigned partner(s) Google calendar. This includes responsibility for: arranging internal and external meetings, responding to changing priorities; the coordination of meeting logistics and the preparation of supporting material.
  • E-mail \xe2\x80\x93 monitor e-mail at the direction of assigned partner(s). This includes reviewing email for meeting invitations and taking action on specific requests at the direction of the partner.
  • Meeting Arrangements -Reserve conference rooms and arrange for catering, printing, set up conference calls using WebEx, Google Hangouts and video conference arrangements. Provide restaurant reservations, cancellations, recommendations. Organize logistics and materials for internal/external client and/or firm meetings on behalf of the partner.
  • Travel and expenses - Assist with travel arrangements\xe2\x80\x94make booking in advance, prepare itinerary, coordinate last minute changes (flights, cars, hotels, and team communications). Assist with passport and visa issues, maintain travel profiles. Assist with directions and local points of interest. Provide recurring review and submission of expenses. Proactively assist with Amex expense reconciliation.
Other Responsibilities
  • Client deliverables and work process management, including co-ordination with manager assistant team and engagement teams to finalize documents
  • Manage and update partner profiles and biographies on internal systems (e.g. Spark, LinkedIn and
  • Talent Link).
  • Process invoices payables as directed by partner.
  • Other general administrative duties as defined on the EA KPI document including team assistance
  • Function as a backup for other administrative professionals within the team and contribute to other teaming activities as directed.

  • Must be able to demonstrate intermediate proficiency levels in Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confidence in ability to work in a highly technical and ever changing work environment.
Experience
  • This role is best suited to an individual who has a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in
administration, or applicable transferable skills, supporting multiple staff at a senior level.

Education
  • Any Graduate / Diploma in Personal Executive Assistant / Secretarial Practise
