Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly
Admin/Receptionist
to manage front desk operations at our hospital. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while also handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous manner.
Answer and route incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain patient records and update information in the hospital system.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
Handle inquiries related to hospital services and direct them to the appropriate department.
Support hospital administration in daily operations and clerical tasks.
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle courier, mail, and other documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate (Any stream); Diploma in Hospital Administration is an added advantage.
Prior experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive, preferably in healthcare/hospital setup.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Hospital software preferred).
Polite, professional, and patient-friendly behavior.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
