JOB Responsibilities:



Housekeeping

including filing, record-keeping, and processing

outdoor office work

, such as submitting documents to government offices, banks, or vendors. Manage

billing-related tasks

, including verification and processing of administrative bills and vendor payments of CUG Mobile Cards/Credit Cards/AMC of Co & Directors. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs. Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport coordination for employees. Ensure smooth communication between departments for administrative requirements. PETTY CASH MAINTANANCE FOR OFFICE EXP. Support to management in planning and implementing administrative policies and procedures. RENT AGREEMENT OF RESI. Of EMPLOYEES & OFFICES. NEGOTIATION SKILLS/LIASIONING WORK AT AMC/GOVT. OFFICES Co Ordination & adequate arrangements of PEON/DRIVER.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
