Manage

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport coordination for employees.
Ensure smooth communication between departments for administrative requirements.
PETTY CASH MAINTANANCE FOR OFFICE EXP.
Support to management in planning and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
