English speaking role - key responsibilities and requirements:
Maintain databases:
Ensure efficient workflows by managing data
Managing cloud storage system Onedrive for document organisation
Assist with maintaining e-files
Communicate clearly with the management team, keep in touch on a regular basis to discuss the work activity across all work areas
Organise records:
Keeping accurate records and documents is a crucial part of this role
Perform data entry, filing, document management
File invoices and update records of repairs
Maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicle maintenance and maintenance records
Enter work orders, service records, and repair information into maintenance systems
Process maintenance-related invoices and match them to work orders
File and organize inspection reports, service logs, and repair histories
Preparation of reports, Support audits and internal reviews
Support staff with administrative tasks: assisting with various office tasks
Assist other teams and support departments
Additional duties as and where required
Qualifications Required:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Administrative or office experience
Strong organizational and data entry skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
