Key Responsibilities
Provide support to UK-based administrative staff by troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues.
Communicate effectively via email, chat, and calls to deliver prompt assistance.
Accurately update and maintain records on the company's online portals and systems.
Collaborate with the UK operations team to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.
Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
Adhere to operational procedures and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools or portals.
Willingness to work during UK business hours (afternoon to night shift in India).
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
