Assist in scheduling, meetings, and project follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in administration or operations, preferably in the
interior or construction industry
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
