Job Summary



The Admin Executive / Receptionist will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling administrative support tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting internal teams with general administrative and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities



Front Desk & Visitor Management



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.

Administrative Support



Handle office correspondence, courier services, and mail distribution. Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital). Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation.

Office Management



Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and place orders when required. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and general upkeep of the office premises. Manage inventory of office assets and stationery.

Coordination & Communication



Liaise with internal departments for administrative requirements. Support scheduling of meetings, interviews, and internal events. Communicate office announcements and updates when required.

Skills & Competencies



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality with professional demeanor. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role. Experience in a corporate office environment is an advantage.

Working Conditions



Full-time, office-based role. Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as required.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
