Manage daily administrative tasks for clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring continuous and smooth hospital operations.
Record Management:
Maintain and manage secure, confidential patient and personnel records in strict compliance.
Staff Coordination:
Assist with scheduling, managing attendance records, coordinating internal meetings, and distributing critical communications to hospital staff.
Supply & Inventory:
Monitor and manage inventory of administrative and select clinical supplies, coordinating orders and liaising with vendors to prevent shortages.
Front-Line Communication:
Handle professional communication across various channels also act as the initial point of contact for internal and external inquiries, and directing them appropriately.
Policy Compliance:
Assist in the implementation and adherence of hospital administrative policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare regular administrative reports, statistical data, and presentation materials for department heads and management.
Facility Coordination:
Liaise with maintenance, IT, and housekeeping teams to ensure the hospital facilities and administrative areas are functional and presentable.
Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in hospital administration.

years of proven administrative experience, preferably within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare.
Solid understanding of healthcare administration and medical terminology is a strong asset.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
High proficiency in MS Office.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and regulatory standards.
High School Diploma required; a degree or certification in Healthcare Administration, Office Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
