About the Role:



We are looking for a proactive and organized

Administrative Executive

to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day administrative and office management activities Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems Manage calls, emails, visitor handling, and correspondence Coordinate with vendors and service providers Monitor office supplies and place orders when required Support HR and Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare minutes Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative processes

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline 1-3 years of experience in office administration Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) Strong communication & interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities
