Supervise all administrative activities to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Manage day-to-day office requirements, including stationery, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office premises, furniture, and IT infrastructure.
Coordinate with facility management, housekeeping, and security teams.
Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors (e.g., housekeeping, security, courier, travel, etc.).
Handle procurement of office supplies, furniture, and IT equipment within approved budgets.
Maintain vendor performance records and ensure timely payments.
Oversee attendance, leave records, and access control systems.
Manage front-desk operations, visitor management, and internal communication channels.
Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare and monitor the administrative budget and cost control measures.
Verify and approve administrative expense bills and reimbursements.
Ensure all statutory, safety, and compliance requirements related to the office are met.
Maintain company records, licenses, and renewals for facilities and vendors.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures for administrative operations.
Liaise with internal departments for smooth coordination of day-to-day operations.
Provide logistical support for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Handle office shifting, renovation, or expansion projects when required.
