Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Billing & Invoicing:
Prepare invoices, maintain accounts records, and ensure timely follow-up for payments.
GST & Documentation:
Manage GST-related documentation and assist in filing returns in coordination with the accounts team.
Stock & Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and manage inward/outward entries.
Sales Coordination:
Handle inquiries, generate sales leads, and coordinate with field staff and customers for orders.
Customer Follow-up:
Maintain client relationships, respond to queries, and follow up for repeat business.
Marketing Support:
Assist in marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales, stock, and administrative operations for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech preferred).
Experience in
medical/pharma sales or office administration
.
Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and accounting tools (Tally/ERP preferred).
Basic knowledge of
GST filing
and stock management.
Ability to handle multitasking and meet deadlines.

Male/Female, B.Tech graduate.
1-3 years of experience in admin, sales coordination, or medical office management.
Energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
