Key Roles & Responsibilities1. School Administration & Operations
Oversee
daily administrative functioning
of the school campus.
Ensure smooth coordination between
academics, transport, security, housekeeping, and front office
.
Monitor school discipline, punctuality, and operational timelines.
Support implementation of school policies, SOPs, and management directives.
2. Compliance & Statutory Management
Ensure compliance with
CBSE / State Education Department / Fire & Safety / Health regulations
.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation.
Coordinate inspections, audits, and official visits.
3. Infrastructure & Facility Management
Oversee maintenance of
buildings, classrooms, labs, hostels (if any), washrooms, and common areas
.
Coordinate repairs, AMC contracts, and vendor services.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of facilities at all times.
4. Transport & Security Oversight
Supervise
school transport operations
, routes, drivers, and attendants.
Ensure vehicle compliance, GPS, safety norms, and student discipline.
Monitor security staff, entry-exit controls, and CCTV operations.
5. Vendor & Purchase Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance.
Support procurement processes as per management approvals.
Ensure cost control, stock management, and proper documentation.
6. HR & Staff Coordination (Administrative Support)
Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and duty rosters.
Support HR in onboarding formalities, ID cards, asset allocation, and exits.
Address non-academic staff issues and discipline.
7. Event & Exam Support
Provide logistical and administrative support for
exams, events, annual day, parent meetings, and inspections
.
Ensure readiness of classrooms, seating arrangements, invigilation logistics, and materials.
8. Records, Reporting & Communication
Maintain administrative registers, asset records, contracts, and logs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
administration reports
for management.
Handle official communication and circular implementation.
