Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with leadership qualities may also apply)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Retrieve documents and files when requested
Generate messages, emails and reports when appropriate.
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
Respond to questions and requests for information.
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office.
Greeting and handling direct customers.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Supervise, guide, and support team members to meet daily and monthly targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of document attestation processes (training will be provided).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and general office tools.
