With multiple branches across Tamil Nadu, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a versatile Administrative Manager to streamline operations and support our growth.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and multitasking Administrative Manager to oversee accounts, human resources, facility management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling for vendor meetings and branch support. This role is critical to ensuring smooth clinic operations and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Management
Handle full-cycle accounting: invoicing, vendor payments, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure statutory compliance .
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost control for clinic operations.
Human Resources (HR)
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for clinic staff (therapists, nurses, admin).
Process monthly payroll, attendance tracking, and employee reimbursements.
Maintain employee records, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Facility Management & Vendor Handling
Manage day-to-day facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, AC, cleanliness) and coordinate with service vendors.
Liaise with civil contractors/vendors for clinic renovations, expansions, or repairs (e.g., interior works, painting, flooring).
Negotiate contracts, monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality for civil works.
General Administration
Travel across Tamil Nadu (up to 5 -10 days/month) for branch audits, vendor site visits, and expansion projects.
Support clinic operations: inventory management, procurement, and admin coordination.
Prepare MIS reports for management and assist in strategic planning.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), MBA, or equivalent. Certification in Tally/Accounting is a plus.
Experience
3-5 years in administrative roles (clinic/hospital/healthcare preferred), with hands-on experience in accounts, HR, and facility/vendor management.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Busy software (mandatory).MS Excel (advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Basic knowledge of HR software (e.g., GreytHR/Zoho People).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Tamil + English; Hindi a plus).Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel extensively (reimbursement provided).
Other
- Age: 30-40 years. Immediate joiners preferred. Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
