Live Stream Support & Admin Assistant
. This role involves providing real-time backend support during live streaming sessions, assisting with technical and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide backend support to live hosts during live streaming sessions
Assist in setting up, monitoring, and ensuring smooth operations of live sessions
Perform or learn basic photo and video editing tasks
Manage and meet all technical and administrative needs during live streams
Respond to customer inquiries across various platforms
Support live admins to ensure seamless operations
Handle general office and administrative duties
Contribute to overall team support and coordination
Requirements:
Basic computer skills
Basic photo/video editing skills (or willingness to learn)
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have (but not required):
Experience with live streaming platforms
Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
Prior customer service or admin support experience
