Responsibility:
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained office environment.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and securely stored.
Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
