Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff.
On time reply for the customer mails
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, supplies, and security.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee engagement.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Continuously evaluate administrative processes and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in an administrative or office management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP or HRIS systems.
Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards.
Project management experience is a plus.
