Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Operations
Oversee daily administrative activities of the college campus
Ensure smooth functioning of offices, classrooms, laboratories, and common facilities
Implement institutional policies, rules, and procedures
2. Staff Administration
Address staff grievances related to administrative matters
3. Infrastructure & Facility Management
Monitor maintenance of buildings, furniture, electrical systems, and equipment
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen services
Ensure campus cleanliness, safety, and discipline
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (UGC / AICTE / PCI / University / State Govt., as applicable)
Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and official records
Assist during inspections, audits, and accreditation visits
5. Procurement & Inventory
Manage purchase requisitions, quotations, and vendor coordination
Maintain inventory of assets, consumables, and stationery
Ensure proper asset tagging and record maintenance
6. Coordination & Communication
Draft official correspondence, notices, and circulars
Support academic departments in administrative requirements
7. Student & Campus Support
Support student-related administrative matters as required
Assist in organizing college events, examinations, admissions, and functions
Ensure adherence to campus rules and code of conduct
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Arts / Commerce / Management / Administration (Master's preferred)
Minimum
3-7 years of administrative experience
, preferably in an educational institution
Knowledge of college administration and regulatory requirements
Skills & Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication
