Keeping records and reports updated and organized.
Managing confidential information with discretion, including personnel files.
Coordinating document filing, retrieval, and archiving.
Assisting human resources with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Supporting finance teams with invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash management, and budget monitoring.
Coordinating internal communications including newsletters, HR updates, and policy announcements.
Acting as a liaison between management, employees, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Organizing office events such as training sessions, meetings, and social gatherings, including logistics like venue booking and catering.
Supervising administrative staff and delegating responsibilities.
Assisting in planning and evaluating departmental processes and policies.
Coordinating staffing schedules and workload management.
Participating in performance evaluations and staff development initiatives.
Preparing, reviewing, and proofreading reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Taking meeting minutes, messages, and delivering them to relevant staff.
Ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the office environment.
