Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor coordination
Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
Collect daily reports from Branch Managers (BM) and Counselors
Verify, consolidate, and submit daily reports to management
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement
Support finance tasks such as invoice tracking and expense records
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Oversee maintenance of office premises, utilities, and equipment
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, repairs, and maintenance
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum 1 years of experience in administration and/or facility management
Must be fluent in English; ability to communicate in Hindi and Tamil is an added advantage
Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
