Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support different departments. The role involves handling office administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth facility management.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow. Maintain company records, files, and databases (digital and physical). Handle emails, correspondence, and courier services. Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination. Support onboarding activities such as workspace setup and ID card preparation. Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments. Prepare reports, letters, and presentations. Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance. Assist HR, Finance, and other teams with administrative tasks. Organize office events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 1-3 years of experience in office or administrative roles. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability. Preference for male candidates with experience in facility management.
