Key Responsibilities
Manage
student lifecycle
: onboarding, attendance, follow-ups, and records
Handle
student queries
via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media
Manage and moderate
social media groups
(WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
Coordinate between
mentors, students, and management
Maintain student databases, reports, and documentation
Handle
client management
including institutions, partners, and individual clients
Support admissions, enrolments, and payment follow-ups
Assist in scheduling classes, sessions, and mentor coordination
Ensure smooth daily operations of courses and programs
Requirement
Prior experience in
EdTech / Coaching / Education sector is a plus
Strong communication skills (English required; regional language is a plus)
Experience handling
students and parents
Comfortable managing
WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Sheets, CRM tools
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and handle responsibility
Preferred Skills
Experience with
UPSC / PSC / Online courses
CRM or LMS platform exposure
Social media coordination experience
Basic understanding of digital tools and workflows
