Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations of the office and institution.
Supervise front office, housekeeping, and support staff.
Maintain student and staff records, files, and documentation.
Handle correspondence, communication, and filing systems.
Coordinate with accounts for fee collection, vendor payments, and petty cash.
Assist management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
Manage facility maintenance, inventory, and vendor contracts.
Support HR in attendance, payroll coordination, and onboarding.
Oversee smooth conduct of classes, events, and examinations.
Handle student inquiries, admissions, and grievance redressal professionally.
