Job Summary:



The

Administrative Officer

will oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining records, coordinating between departments, and supporting management in implementing company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Office Administration & Coordination



Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Maintain company records, documentation, and databases. Coordinate communication between departments and external partners. Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

2. Documentation & Reporting



Prepare and maintain administrative reports, meeting notes, and correspondence. Organize and safeguard confidential company information. Track and report key operational metrics and performance indicators.

3. HR & Employee Support



Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation. Maintain attendance records and leave management systems. Support staff engagement and training activities.

4. Financial & Resource Management



Handle petty cash, vendor invoices, and expense tracking. Support budget preparation and cost-control initiatives. Coordinate with the finance team for timely payment processing and documentation.

5. Communication & Client Coordination



Handle internal and external correspondence professionally. Assist in client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups when needed. Maintain customer and stakeholder contact databases.

Role Focus:



Ensure smooth administrative and operational efficiency. Support inter-departmental coordination and documentation. Maintain compliance, reporting accuracy, and professional communication standards.

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Compensation:



Initial Assessment Period


Employment begins with a two-week assessment period to evaluate performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values. Final confirmation of employment will be based on successful completion of this period. During this time, either party may discontinue the relationship without notice or severance.

Salary Range


INR

10,000 - 20,000 per month

, depending on experience and performance, with performance-based appraisals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Any Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles (Fresher's also preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic document management tools. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
