Key Responsibilities:Administrative Operations
Oversee
day-to-day administrative functions
of the institute, including office coordination, documentation, and scheduling.
Manage
student admissions, enrollment records, attendance, and certification processes
.
Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records
of students, faculty, and staff.
Coordinate
institute timetables, class schedules, workshops, and examinations
.
Ensure smooth operation of
front-desk and reception activities
, including handling student and visitor inquiries.
Oversee
institute facility management
, including cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies.
Manage
procurement and inventory
of training materials, equipment, and cosmetology products.
Academic & Training Coordination
Support the academic head in
course planning, faculty coordination, and training logistics
.
Coordinate
guest lectures, seminars, and hands-on training sessions
with external trainers or experts.
Assist in maintaining
training and assessment records
for accreditation and compliance purposes.
Facilitate
student feedback collection and reporting
to management.
Finance & HR Support
Assist in
fee collection, billing, petty cash management, and budget tracking
.
Maintain and update
staff attendance, leave records, and payroll support documentation
.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and staff communication.
Marketing & Public Relations
Support the marketing team with
institute promotions, social media updates, and event coordination
.
Help organize
open houses, exhibitions, and promotional workshops
for student recruitment.
Ensure professional and welcoming communication with prospective students, partners, and clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of administrative experience
, preferably in an educational or healthcare/cosmetology setup.
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and digital record management tools.
