Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Manage student, faculty, and staff records, attendance, and documentation.
Handle office coordination, procurement, logistics, and facility management.
Support HR processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.
Monitor compliance with institutional and organizational policies.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with academic, sales, and marketing teams to support ongoing programs and activities.
Assist in scheduling classes, events, and meetings.
Maintain inventory, vendor management, and asset tracking.
Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review.
EduTech-Specific Responsibilities
Ensure smooth functioning of online/offline course operations and student services.
Work closely with academic coordinators, trainers, and marketing teams to align administrative support with program delivery.
Maintain CRM and LMS data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience
in an administrative or operations role within the
EduTech or educational sector
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/LMS platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
