Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and general administration.
Manage housekeeping, maintenance, security, transport, and office assets.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely support and compliance.
Maintain and control office budgets, purchases, and expense tracking.
Handle staff attendance, visitor management, and administrative records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Support HR and accounts teams in administrative documentation and logistics.
Organize internal meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.
Implement and monitor administrative systems and processes for efficiency improvement.
