We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin (Platform Administrator) to join our team at Silconnect. In this role, you will manage daily administrative operations, support service providers on our platform, and ensure smooth communication between providers, users, and the internal team. Strong communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken) are essential. You will also contribute to strategy development by identifying ways to improve workflows, provider engagement, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage provider registrations and onboard new businesses/services onto the platform.
Communicate effectively with providers and users, ensuring queries are resolved quickly.
Draft, edit, and proofread content, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Monitor and update service listings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle internal communication and coordinate across departments.
Maintain digital records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in user engagement and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with management for task allocation and progress tracking.
Ensure smooth operation of ticketing, work allotment, and attendance systems.
Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve platform operations and user experience.
Key Skills Required:
Communication & Language
Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
Professional email writing and client interaction.
Strong interpersonal skills for provider and user coordination.
Administration & Operations:
Task management and workflow coordination.
Documentation and record-keeping accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Familiarity with CRM or online platforms.
Comfort with hybrid / digital work tools (Zoom, Slack, ticketing systems).
Strategy & Development:
Ability to analyze workflows and suggest improvements.
Develop strategies for improving provider engagement and user experience.
Support management in planning and executing platform growth initiatives.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process optimizations.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
Ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly.
Attention to detail while managing sensitive information.
Decision-making with minimal supervision.
Additional (Preferred) Skills
Experience in client relationship management.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or platform growth strategies.
