Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks. Oversee office supplies and inventory management. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Ensure smooth operation of office systems and processes. Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee records and documentation. Maintain and update filing systems.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

As per CBSE norms.
