We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have more than 6 years of proven experience in administration, office management, compliance, and team coordination. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to streamline processes for greater efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations including office management, vendor coordination, and facilities management.
Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
Develop, implement, and review office policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency and compliance.
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while maintaining cost control.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational regulations.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to administration.
Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Oversee travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event coordination.
Handle correspondence, reports, and official communications with confidentiality and professionalism.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend administrative best practices.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in administration or office management.
Strong knowledge of administrative procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
