Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers)
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance services
Support HR and accounts departments with documentation and filing
Prepare and update attendance records, timesheets, and basic reports
Handle office equipment and ensure general cleanliness and order
Greet visitors and manage front-desk/reception duties when required
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and staff welfare activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Proven experience as an office assistant, admin executive, or similar role
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Discretion with confidential information
Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
