About the Role
Mentorcrafts is seeking a
female Administrative Officer
with
2-3 years of experience
in administration or project coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive in follow-ups, and efficiently manage multiple tasks across our two core divisions:
Business Mentoring
and
IT Services
.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and regularly
follow up on project timelines
, tasks, and deliverables
Track and push internal progress across departments (consulting and IT teams)
Handle
invoice generation
,
client payment follow-ups
, and basic accounting tasks
Manage
administrative duties
such as documentation, communication, and scheduling
Assist in organizing meetings, updating reports, and maintaining client records
Ensure smooth internal communication between departments and reporting heads
Provide consistent operational support to consultants and developers
Key Skills Required:
Excellent
verbal and written communication
Strong in
project coordination and multitasking
Good knowledge of
basic accounting
(billing, follow-ups, recordkeeping)
Confidence in
independently handling responsibilities
and taking initiative
Proficiency in using Excel, and email communication tools
Professional and organized work approach
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Management preferred)
2-3 years of experience
in administration or project management
Experience in service-based industries or consulting firms is an advantage
