Job Description

Administration Officer The person shall be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the entire administrative & maintenance functions of the School including Hostels. He/she is required to supervise and control day to day functions and shall be responsible for general administration of the School like event management, housekeeping, canteen management, landscaping, electricity, water supply, purchases, etc. He /she will be responsible for renewal and maintenance of various contracts and licenses and also managing and maintaining various services/agencies. He/ She will work in close coordination with the Deputy Registrar of the School. Candidates should have Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scales OR B. Tech Civil/Electrical from a reputed recognised institution with 6-8 years of administrative experience as a Superintendent or in an equivalent post. Candidates with similar experience in Educational Institutes experience will be preferred.
