Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations of the organization.
Handle maintenance and repair-related activities for office and facilities.
Manage company documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Liaise with government departments, legal representatives, and other external officials on behalf of the management.
Assist in managing ongoing legal cases and ensure timely follow-ups with concerned parties.
Oversee logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination for administrative requirements.
Prepare and maintain administrative reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Represent management professionally in meetings, forums, and official interactions.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required; preference for candidates with background in Administration, Management, or Law).
3-7 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or office management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to travel locally as required for official tasks.
Strong problem-solving ability and a professional, trustworthy demeanor.
