Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Providing assistance to executives and other staff members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling general administrative tasks.

Communication:

Answering phones, managing emails, and forwarding communications.

Records Management:

Maintaining accurate and organized records, including files, documents, and electronic data.

Procurement and Inventory:

Managing office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies, and tracking inventory levels.

Financial Tasks:

Processing invoices, managing expense reports, and tracking budget expenditures.

Event Planning:

Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.

Reporting:

Preparing reports and presentations, and analyzing data as needed.

Support for Other Departments:

Assisting with tasks in various departments, such as HR, finance, and marketing.

Project Management:

Assisting with project planning, implementation, and coordination.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Shift allowance
