About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Office Administrator cum Personal Assistant to
support day-to-day office operations and provide direct assistance to senior management. This is a dual role that requires excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be reliable, resourceful, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative &Office Management:
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Handle scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, and
logistics.
Ensure smooth communication flow across departments and external stakeholders.
Oversee housekeeping, office maintenance, and basic TI coordination.
Personal Assistance:
Act as the first point of contact for senior management.
Manage calendars, reminders, and appointments efectively.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Assist in project coordination, follow-ups, and task tracking.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Skills &Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Administration, Business, or
related field).
2-5 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
