Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Administration Manager
to oversee all administrative operations of our broking firm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing facilities, vendor coordination, office operations, and compliance requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
Oversee facility management, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and security.
Coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, IT support, and courier.
Ensure timely payments and contract renewals for all administrative vendors.
Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to office administration.
Manage fixed assets, office leases, and insurance policies.
Assist HR in logistics for onboarding/offboarding, seating arrangements, and employee welfare.
Coordinate internal audits and support documentation for regulatory authorities (e.g., SEBI, NSE/BSE).
Maintain records related to infrastructure and administrative budgets.
Support business continuity planning and emergency procedures.
Handle administrative support for senior management and board meetings as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Understanding of compliance requirements in the broking industry is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Male candidate, age 30-45 (due to role involving extended hours, travel, or physical supervision tasks).
Experience working in a broking firm or financial services sector is preferred.
Comfortable handling high-responsibility roles with minimal supervision.
