Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, security, housekeeping, and utilities.
Develop, implement, and maintain office administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

Maintain office infrastructure -- IT equipment, furniture, inventory, maintenance schedule, and upgrades.
Maintain and monitor administrative budget; track and control expenses, find cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with statutory, health, and safety regulations.
Prepare regular reports on administrative performance: cost analysis, performance, space utilization, etc.
Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes, identify process bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Operations) for cross-functional administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
Leadership and people management skills -- ability to mentor and motivate admin staff.
Analytical mindset -- for budgeting, cost control, and process optimization.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and facility or admin management systems.
Problem-solving attitude; ability to identify issues and drive improvements.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in facility management
Experience working in a fast-growing or dynamic organization.
Exposure to statutory compliance (safety, fire, license, etc.).
